PROMOTION RULES
1.Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Promotion Rules
2.The Pensacola Greyhound Track Poker Room (PGR) will offer the Aces and Faces Promotion for Texas Hold’em on designated Saturdays. The promotion will start at 2pm or at the end of the Full House Promotion, whichever comes first. The promotion will end no sooner than 9pm.
3. Promotion may be canceled when other promotions overlap this promotion
4. Once the promotion begins, a random card will be drawn from a collection of cards that include an
Ace, King, Queen and a Jack. The card drawn will determine the pocket pair that will be eligible to win
the promotion for the next hour. A new card will be drawn every hour and the promotional pair will change. A prize will be awarded when the promotional pair for the hour wins the pot. The prize amount
will be $50. If the winning pocket pair contains two cards of the same color suit, the prize will be $100.
5. Prize winning hand must be live at showdown.
6. The pot must consist of fifteen dollars or more to qualify.
7. Only one prize per player will be awarded each hand. Players may win more than one prize
throughout the promotion
8. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid ID
9.Prize payouts will be paid from the Jackpot Reserve Fund
INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
1.PGT Poker Room reserves the right to refuse entry into the promotion
2.All winners will be required to provide their name, current address and telephone number which will be stored as a record of the prize received
3.Participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of a prize payout constitutes permission for PGT Poker Room to use the participant’s names, likenesses and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation unless prohibited by law
4.The PGT Poker Room has attempted to cover every rule, procedure and circumstance that may occur during this promotion. In the event a decision is necessary that is not covered by the above, PGT Poker Room Supervisory Personnel will make that decision
5.The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings
Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify tournaments, promotions or drawings with notification to the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering
