PROMOTION RULES

1. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Promotion Rules

2. The Pensacola Greyhound Track Poker Room (PGT) will offer the Splash the Pot Promotion

3. The promotion will run every Sunday from 2:00 PM until 10 PM

4. Any player in a live game that was dealt in the previous hand during a qualifying hand will be eligible for this promotion

5. The next player’s pot will be awarded the following starting prize

   • Flop three cards of the same suit - add $60 tournament entry ($60)

   • Turn four cards of the same suit - an additional $60 tournament entry ($120)

   • River five cards of the same suit - an additional $60 tournament entry ($180)

6. Only one prize per table will be awarded for each qualifying hand.

7. In the event there is a split pot each winner will receive a $60 tournament entry

8. Limit five prizes per hour

9. Promotion may be canceled when other promotions overlap this promotion

10. The pot must consist of a minimum of fifteen dollars to qualify

11. Participants must be 18 years of age or older

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE

1. PGT Poker Room reserves the right to refuse entry into the promotion

2. All winners of $600 or more will be required to provide their name, current address and telephone number which will be stored as a record of the prize received

3. Participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of a prize payout constitutes permission for PGT Poker Room to use the participant’s names, likenesses and statements for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation unless prohibited by law

4. The PGT Poker Room has attempted to cover every rule, procedure and circumstance that may occur during this promotion. In the event a decision is necessary that is not covered by the above, PGT Poker Room Supervisory Personnel will make that decision

5. The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering reserves the right to investigate any and all complaints and disputes regarding tournaments, promotions and drawings

6. Management reserves the right to cancel, change and modify tournaments, promotions or drawings with notification to the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering
